SDGGS 2020 competition terms & conditions:

We invite participations from all university students who are currently studying in Poland.

Some of the conditions to participate in this event are given below:

1) Participants of SDGGS 2020 must be students from any recognized university of Poland.

2) International Universities, Organizations outside Poland have special arrangement of participation, approved by Taskeylens.

3) Participant should be within the age group of 18 – 36 and must be currently studying in any recognized university of Poland.

4) The competitions will be held on two dates as decided by Taskeylens and the associate partners.

5) There will be eliminations rounds in the form of presentations and or written format on the first day.

6) Only those participants who have scored the highest points will selected by the panel members to qualify for the final round of presentation.

7) The first round will be a Case Study on topics given by the Panel members (to be shared with every registered participant via email on 10th of     March).

8) The second round will be group presentations consisting 3 members in each group.

9) Grouping of teams will be decided by the Panel members and informed to the qualifying participants via email communication.

10) Decisions declared by the panel members will be termed as final, participants are not allowed to question or object the decisions of the panel        members in any form. Doing so may result in disqualification of the group from the competition.

11) Universities have the option to have the preliminary round (first round of case study) in their own university campus. However, the wining       group must be willing to travel to Warsaw for the final round of presentations at Taskeylens Training Centre.
