The Leadership Goal Orientation approach is readily enabling students to make sure that they get a hint of success and foresee a sign of realization on how close they are in achieving their career’s best goals for instance students beginning their careers by becoming founders of a start-up company or possess inbuilt innate qualities to become successful leaders of tomorrow. And all this while they are here still doing their 3 months international internship with us. Eligibility to qualify for International Internship:
a) Possess a valid passport (also required for identity verification).
b) Aged between 20 – 30 years.
c) Must have a valid student ID.
d) Submit an approved signed and stamped letter from the University’s authorized signatory of the Internship office with official permission granted to apply for an international internship abroad.
e) Must have a satisfactory academic record to qualify for TASKEYLENS IIP 2021
f) Minimum percentage should be above 60 % in all Semesters.
g) English language proficiency is a must.
h) Successfully clears all interview rounds of TASKEYLENS IIP 2021, during the selection process.
i) Submit a signed consent letter from the parent.
j) Possess a valid travel visa and to and fro tickets (refer travel and accommodation section for more details).
k) Possess International Travel Insurance from TASKEYLENS insurance partner company in Poland.
l) Submit a signed offer letter of TASKEYLENS IIP 2021.
m) Possess a signed and stamped payment receipt acknowledging TASKEYLENS IIP 2021 registration fees and internship cost.
How to register?
If you are interested in T.I.O.S. 2021, we request you to register with us by sending the Educational Tour enquiry form available on our website. If you are an educational institute or a university, who would be interested in sending a group of students, then kindly mention the number of students and their names on the form and send it to us at info@taskeylens.eu. Our internship team would get in touch with you soon for a preliminary discussion (PD).
What is the next process after the registration?
STEP 1: Students and concerned universities would receive an email scheduling a meeting online to discuss the whole internship program in detail and confirm the number of students who’d be interested in participating in T.I.O.S. 2021 international internship program. In case, the location of the student or university is in close proximity to the satellite offices of Taskeylens, then in that case our Consultant Partners would be more than happy to visit the participants at their respective locations.
STEP 2: On confirmation of the number of students after the PD session, our team of internship would contact the concerned authorized person acting on behalf of the student and student’s university to pay the registration fees as per the cost sheet. Please note registration fees are non-refundable and needs to be paid along with international VAT.
STEP 3: After payment of registration fees, an invoice carrying a complete costing of the tour will be raised upon the participating university or student soon after we are in receipt of non-refundable registration fees. This invoice must be paid within 10 days from the date, this invoice is issued. Any delay, would result in the cancellation of invoice resulting in the cancellation of the entire tour.
STEP 4: Upon receipt of the invoice amount that carries essential costings under the head T.I.O.S. 2021 Tour Cost, Taskeylens will be able to conduct rounds of interviews with the students to review student’s profiles and allocate various internship programs in respective fields of businesses and opportunities available in Warsaw Poland. How do I get the right exposure that I am looking in IIP 2021? Or how does TASKEYLENS IIP connects me with the sectors/companies I’d like to work with?
TASKEYLENS is well appreciated for its wide range of networks within the Start-up community and corporate ecosystem in Poland. Therefore, after every application is received online, our team of counsellors would ensure to understand your product/industry specific knowledge, subject matter expertise (SME), and prior project experience in the field you intent to commence your internship. This flow of information is then transferred to TASKEYLENS’ Internship Management Coordinators (IMCs) located in Warsaw (Capital City/Financial Capital of Poland). IMCs then contact and coordinate with relevant companies looking for interns and match them with your profile as a student intern, represented by us with company’s HR teams.
Do I get paid during my internship?
We’ve kept this option open with our corporate partners to let us know if they are interested in launching paid internships with us. There’s a continuous follow-up from TASKEYLENS’ IMCs with the company’s HR teams. Hence, whether an internship is paid or not, it totally depends upon the corporates who intend to seek interns on paid or non-paid basis. However, TASKEYLENS’ responsibility is to keep our students informed about any such arrangements been confirmed with the corporate partners. During this IIP 2021, TASKEYLENS is determined to ensure that interns witness an exciting learning experience that not only adds value but also brings practical and theoretical knowledge face to face. This is imperative for a continuous growth and progress of every single individual who dreams of achieving his or her life and career goals.
TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION
How do I apply for my visas? Or Will TASKEYLENS assist in processing my visas?
Visas and travel plans will be coordinated by third party vendors appointed by Taskeylens. Processing of visas is an outsourced service and should be considered mandatory for all students. Interns do not have the option to process visas from any other service provider. Your internship visa application will be processed by third party vendors appointed specifically by Taskeylens due to the ease and accessibility of visa documentation service arrangements and convenience of coordination with third party vendors. Visa decisions are issued at the sole discretion of the consulate and students must adhere to it in strict order. Services that are beyond the mandate of Taskeylens’ purview and objectives will not be entertained in any form or matter. Taskeylens is not responsible for any visa grants and travel service related issues before, during or after the internship or application submission process. All visa and travel related issues will be dealt directly by the vendors or third party customer care service department.
What about accommodation?
Our first port of landing will be in Warsaw, the capital city of Poland. Accommodations would include a rented apartment and *studio flats available both on single and shared basis. The maximum number of students accommodated in shared accommodation is 4/flat depending upon the number of rooms available in a given flat.
Studio flats cannot be arranged for shared accommodation unless there’s some facility arranged by the landlord.

How much does it cost to apply for internship with TASKEYLENS?
Interns should keep in mind that Taskeylens IIP 2021 is an international internship. Due to the very nature of this program, there are number of factors that make it difficult to arrive at a cost in deciding the total expenditures.
However, with components that are related to flights and visas, students would be connected to TASKEYLENS third party travel vendors who would update them on the latest flight costs and visa related expenses. For accommodations; TASKEYLENS’s IMCs will be providing exclusive cost details for shared and single flat accommodations to the students soon after IIP 2021 registration fees are paid and a receipt of acknowledgement is been provided to that effect. Please refer the accommodation cost sheet given in TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION section. On paying the registrations you will be provided with the following details.

What are the terms and conditions of TASKEYLENS IIP 2021?
In IIP 2021, we respect student’s privacy and understand their inquisitive attitude in knowing the world. However, we make sure that students remain calm and not panic during any unforeseen emergency situations and carefully follow the instructions and abide by the internship rules and regulations.
That they maintain discipline and remain well-behaved through-out their entire 3 months internship period for better learning experience and professional growth. Any student/intern found misbehaving or showing unprofessional behavior with fellow interns, co-passengers, co-workers or guests in the premises of accommodation, internship work place environment, during on and off boarding of flights and traveling through any other mode of transportation or found indulging in any unethical act which is against the code of conduct and terms and conditions of TASKEYLENS IIP 2021 will be terminated from the contract and forced to leave the country of internship with immediate effect to avoid further inconvenience and risk or harm to others. Please read the offer letter of TASKEYLENS IIP 2021 carefully before signing.
