T.I.I.P. 2022

Dear Interns,

Welcome to Taskeylens International Internship Program 2022.
If you are still thinking whether Poland is a right place for international students to take up an internship program, then here are few good reasons for you to make up your mind.

Mobirise

Why should you do an Internship in Warsaw, Poland?

Poland’s 38 million strong consumer market is one the biggest in Europe. The country’s convenient location (in the center of Europe) makes it possible to easily export goods to all European countries and thus reach over 500 million consumers. Education also plays an important role here as students graduating from Polish universities and international students coming on exchange and international internship programs have the exclusive opportunity to get fully exposed to Poland’s vibrant economic and business ecosystem. Polish economists, engineers, IT specialists and scientists are highly sought-after and appreciated and have been successfully recruited in technological and IT companies, R&D centers, and scientific institutes.

About Warsaw

What determines the success of the technological ventures in Poland’s capital?

Qualified specialist, strong and well-organized startup environment, modern infrastructure created with the support of EU funds, as well as state financing are major contributors in making Warsaw the most happening city in Poland in terms of growth and profitability. As part of the startup initiative in 2017, approx. PLN 640 million European Funds was allocated for investing in Warsaw’s startup ecosystem. Observing the current trends and the demand for international talents, Taskeylens “Think Big Startup” (TBS) is one such initiative that is launched with an objective to build the startup ecosystem.

To give you a perspective about Warsaw’s Human Capital; The city, through more than 60 private and public higher education institution, provides education to more than 250,000 students from all over Poland and abroad, (as per Polish Central Statistical Office 2017/2018) half of which are based in Warsaw. Warsaw is the only city in Poland that has high level of English Proficiency Index (rating illustrating the level of English knowledge). It also ranked third in the category of “Professional skills and experience” of female residents in the Dell Women Entrepreneur Cities Index (WE Cities) – a global ranking defining cities’ ability to attract companies run by women and to support their development. PLN 2.2 million of added value may be generated by startups in 2023, with over 50,000 new jobs.

Why should you partner with Taskeylens?

To encourage movement of knowledge and skills, Taskeylens has been promoting its “Internationalization of Students” initiative since last year. And hence with that determination Taskeylens launched T.I.O.S 2021 an internship program where students can now interact with corporates and startups by working with them. Taskeylens has been associated with some of the well-known corporate partners in Warsaw, who’ve been encouraging talents from across the globe to work and gain practical work experience while they are still studying.
